Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Italy.

Shipping options, estimated delivery times and rates are calculated directly at checkout based on your delivery address and the available carrier services.

Free shipping is available on:

• Orders over €300 in Italy
• Orders over €400 within the European Union

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During collection launches and periods of high demand, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.
